Not so long I was just like everybody else in this society, a person who lives in the fast track and never really care about my health, no I just needed to get things done as quicky as I could just to do more things.
I read a lot of reports in my life, business reports, but never care about reading any articles on stress management, I didn’t care about that. Stress were for weaks!
I was young and eager and has all that energy that comes with youth. I just care about work and make money, I’d never make a pause to look what my life was turning into. I was able to work 48 hours straight with no sleep.
Yes, I was the shining star in my company, I was the one that “gets the job done no matter what” and I was proud of it. My colleagues envied me and my senior colleagues despite me. But I didn’t care as long as I made money.
Soon the stress starts to sink in my stamina droped and my focus got lost, I was slower, unsharp, and things started to go way up. The pressure crushed me and then I fell into collapse.
I was stressed no doubt about it, I went to a doctor and he gave me some pills to reduce stress, but hey… I’m not a pill guy so I decide to look on the internet for articles on stress management and deal with stress by myself.
I found information about stress management strategies that works, but they where disperse all over the web, so I thought that it would be a good idea to make a site with articles on stress management to help people with the same problem that I had.
